Brice Schmitmeyer


President

Brice Schmitmeyer began work as a professional civil engineer in 1996. His forte in project funding has helped our clients keep their local cost down. As President, he provides the day-to-day leadership to the engineering staff. In this role, Brice lends his talents to roadway design, wastewater collection, and storm water systems. He will provide an impartial review to those involved with a project when the plans are complete. He offers suggestions they may have not considered because of their immersion in the detail. His responsibilities include providing design, oversight, and help to project managers.


Craig W. Mescher


Project Manager

Craig Mescher started as a Project Manager in 1994. He brings a variety of experience to the table. Craig’s out of the box approach to a project helps cut cost and brings new insight into our clients’ plans. Licensed also as a professional surveyor, Craig reviews and signs all surveys performed. He is skilled in using an array of surveying equipment.


Brian M. May


Project Manager

Diversity is one of Brian’s greatest strengths. His project experience ranges from the simple to the complex. He knows behind every successful project is sound preparation and diligent follow-up. Brian handles the design of bridges, water distribution systems, sanitary sewer collection systems, storm sewers, streets, and roadways. His designs are straightforward solutions that fit our client’s needs. He presents the best, most efficient plan while keeping the client’s resources in mind.


Craig T. Knapke


Project Manager

Craig Knapke is a talented and detail oriented engineer who understands what it takes to deliver projects on time and on budget. Before becoming a Project Manager in 2003, he spent three years as a surveyor for waterline, sewer, and subdivision developments. This experience has helped him understand the complexity and diversity of a project. Craig plans, designs and coordinates anything from a client’s multifaceted water system to a streetscape.


Nancy K. Tobe


Project Manager

Nancy is a licensed professional engineer with 23 years of experience as project manager. Known for taking ownership of her work, she has developed a strong reputation for providing a quality product to our clients. Her designs are detailed and innovative. Nancy has worked with the City of Piqua and the Village of Covington on an array of projects. Her expertise encompasses every aspect of a project from planning, design, and construction.
