Our Parks and Recreation Design Services Include:
Bike/Walking Paths
Whether in an existing park or rail to trail, our team will help the park board with options and create the construction drawings. We will find the best place for a bike/walking path, help the park board with funding sources, accessibility and obtain easements.
Athletic Fields
Our team will determine what is the best parcel or parcels for football, baseball and soccer fields to fulfill a community’s needs. We can also help find the perfect spot for the concession facilities, shelter house, walking paths and restrooms.
Park Master Plans
Creation of a schematic drawing will give the community leaders and residents an idea of how the finished park will look. Our team will meet with the park board to study the drawing and make changes depending on the community’s needs. The park board can continually update the actual construction plan. This allows the park to be built in different phases if necessary.
